Trooper David Anderson and K9 Lucky
Washington State Patrol Lucky was just another black and white American pit bull sitting in a shelter when famous trainer Pat Cook adopted him. Lucky turned out to not be the exact dog she needed for the high level of competitive obedience she participates in, but he was such a smart, wonderful dog, she hung on to him for over a year trying to find the perfect home. Well, she did! While waiting for his destiny as a WSP detection dog, Lucky cruised through the AKC CGC title, and even earned an AKC "Tracking Dog" title! Matched up with Trooper Anderson, Lucky has a great future ahead of him. Lucky, indeed!
