Our K-9 Dog Donation Program
LawDogsUSA can partner with interested departments to assist them in getting free training with their donated dog. Narcotics detection or explosives detection only. Training is in Washington State. If your department is interested in a low cost opportunity to get law enforcement training, certification and a world class detection dog, please write on department letterhead to: LawDogsUSA Donation Program 1910 E 4th Ave #88 Olympia, WA 98506 Lawdogs is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization (pending) whose sole purpose is to provide law enforcement agencies with high quality detection dog prospects, started dogs, and fully trained dogs. Untrained detection dog prospects can cost agencies $3000 or more. I recently saw a mixed breed UNTRAINED shepherd sold to an agency for $6500. Trained dogs cost $7,000 or more. We're here to change that! We feel no agency should lack such an important community safety tool because of funding. |
